TICKET DELIVERY INFORMATION
Purchased tickets will be automatically sent to your email address once the payment process is completed.

Our institution cannot be held responsible for tickets that cannot be delivered due to an incorrectly entered email address or for any consequences arising from this issue.

Entry Ticket Information
• This ticket allows entry to Hagia Sophia between 09:00 AM and 06:00 PM on any day within its validity period.
• Tickets are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
IMPORTANT – QUEUE & SECURITY NOTICE
There are two separate lines at Hagia Sophia:
1. Ticket Purchase Line
2. Security Check Line
• This ticket skips the ticket purchase line only.
• Security screening is mandatory for all visitors without exception.
• The security check line cannot be skipped, regardless of ticket type.
Recommended Visiting Time
• For a more comfortable visit with shorter queues and fewer crowds, visitors are strongly advised to enter after 2:30 PM.
Children’s Admission Policy
• Children under 7 years of age enter free of charge.
• A valid passport or official ID is required for each child.
• Free child tickets must be collected at the ticket office.
Access & Visitor Areas
• This ticket grants access only to the Tourist Area, located on the upper (second) floor.
• The ground floor is reserved for worship and is not accessible to tourists, especially during prayer times.
Prayer Time Closures
• The tourist area of Hagia Sophia is closed on Fridays between 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM due to religious services.
Practical Information
• Baby strollers and wheelchairs are not permitted on the upper floor.
• Strollers must be carried by hand.
• There are no restroom facilities inside Hagia Sophia.

With this ticket, visitors benefit from fast-track ticket purchase and priority entry, allowing them to save time during their visit.
This ticket is valid exclusively for the Tourist Visiting Area located on the upper gallery level of Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque.
It does not grant access to the ground floor prayer hall.
Visitors are required to carry their ticket with them at all times during the visit.
Dress Code (Strictly Enforced)
Hagia Sophia is an active place of worship. Dress regulations apply to all visitors:
Women
• A headscarf is mandatory.
• Shoulders and knees must be covered.
• Sleeveless tops, short skirts, or shorts are not permitted.
Men
• Shoulders and knees must be covered.
• Tank tops and short shorts are not permitted.
Visitors without appropriate attire may purchase a headscarf at the entrance (approx. €1–3).
